Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/no-show policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible. You can cancel your reservation by logging into your account via our website. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class will be considered a late cancellation. A late cancellation or a no-show will result in the loss of the class from your pricing option. For private sessions, the full amount of the private session will be billed to your account or a pricing option will be deducted from your package. Please note any cancellations made via email or any form of social media will not be taken, and you will be charged. You are responsible for logging into your account and canceling your reservation.
